This is a great restaurant that's always worth the trip to Carnarsie. I've been here a few times and had a great time each time. I love their Nortorius 6.2.3 frozen drink. I've been here for "Wine Wednesdays" for a couple of glasses of wine. I love the food here! From the Mussels to the Calamari to the Shrimp Tacos to the to the Ackee and Saltfish Tostones to the Salmon with mashed potatoes and vegetables. I enjoyed every bite! The servers here are attentive and deserve their tips. The DJ here plays great music that keeps the place lively and engaged. The restaurant is the perfect size with a cascading waterfall against the back wall. I'm looking forward to coming back! You get free shots here from time to time if you're lucky and exude lively behavior.
Definitely a lovely spot. DJ was spinning them tunes and the drinks were strong. Hookah available The food was good with a likkle kick of heat.
My uncle and I stopped at Prime 623 to get a bite to eat. He's been there before, so he wanted me to try it out. Nice spot to chill and watch sports. The fruit punch was good, and the salmon tasted fine with the crispy skin. My mashed potatoes were okay. it could've been hotter, just my preference. Asparagus was cooked right, maybe a little more on the plate, though. My uncle enjoyed his food as well. The waiter was cool and attentive. We didn't have to wait long, like I've seen from other reviews. There were people at the bar, and as we came in the one table was leaving. So, I couldn't say how the service would be when there's more people. Overall, not in my neighborhood to frequent. However, security was very hospitable. He seemed like a good genuine dude.
We had Ackee and Saltfish Tostones Buffalo Wings BBQ Wings Prime Pan Seared Salmon Filet Mignon Cocktail THE NOTORIOUS Cocktail made for me by the bartender Marley I thoroughly enjoyed everything I tried, except for the steak. The steak needed a little bit more seasoning for my liking..Must haves are the jerk chicken tacos, fried chicken, wontons, calamari, and salmon. Marley the bartender did his thing with my cocktail based on my flavor palette strong, sweet flavorful. The DJ was really good. however, towards the end the service could've been better especially for amount we didn't. But I will still come back to try other food items and also their drinks as well for happy hour.
